The work

Channel events do a specific job: send a distributor network home knowing the new range, the new targets and the reason to prioritise you over the other three lines they carry. That needs content, not just entertainment: product training, commercial terms, a Q&A that is allowed to be difficult, and enough hospitality that people want to come back next year.

We run dealer conventions, distributor conferences, agent and reseller summits, franchise conferences and annual partner meets, including the incentive travel element where top performers are rewarded with a trip rather than a plaque.

For international networks we handle inbound delegate logistics: visa invitation letters, transfers, accommodation, dietary and cultural requirements, and interpretation where the room is genuinely multilingual rather than politely pretending otherwise.

Formats we run

The shapes this usually takes.

  • 01Annual dealer or distributor convention
  • 02Regional partner roadshow
  • 03Product and commercial training summit
  • 04Franchise conference
  • 05Incentive travel programme for top performers

What we deliver

Included in the scope as standard.

  • Programme, content and training design
  • Venue, accommodation and transfers
  • Inbound delegate logistics and visa letters
  • Interpretation and multilingual materials
  • Product display, demonstration and training areas
  • Awards, incentives and recognition moments
  • Delegate feedback and a commercial outcome report

Anything outside this list is quoted separately and shown to you before it is committed. Nothing gets contracted on your behalf that you have not seen priced.

How it runs

Brief to report, one lead.

  1. 01

    Brief

We take the objective before the format. What has to be true after this event that is not true now: a listing, a distributor, a launch date met, a room that renews next year.

  2. 02

    Proposal

A written scope with a costed budget, a venue or show shortlist, a date-by-date plan and a clear statement of what sits with us and what stays with you.

  3. 03

    Build

Contracting, design, production, permissions and paperwork. You get one project lead and a single schedule, not four suppliers with different versions of the truth.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Our crew is on site from install to derig. Whatever happens on the day is ours to solve; you should be talking to guests, buyers and press.

  5. 05

    Report

Numbers and outcomes against the original objective, plus the assets, the lead list and an honest note on what we would change next time.

Have a partner meets brief?

Send us the objective, the rough date and the rough headcount. You will get a written scope and a costed budget, usually within three working days.
